This whole tier of panels flows pretty well,
it's as close to "action" as I get in this strip.
Right before I started work on "Eyes of Doom" there
was this incident where cops were caught on tape or
something, spraying pepper spray in some poor kid's
face at point blank range for like a minute. About
the same time I also saw a video of cops torturing a
suspect by swabbing pepper spray into someone's eyes
with a cotton swab. So that stuff was on my mind.
The pepper sprayer the size of a hair spray can cracks
me up for some reason.
